I have been in the same role for 9 years. My title has changed and my responsibilities have dramatically expanded. I like what I do, but not clear where I go from here.

Mutual respect. Focus on customer needs. High emotional intelligence.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k very good (was excellent, but benefit being trimmed). VC plan fair, base salary competitive, COE trip excellent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear mission (financial inclusion and transparency). Focus on employees AND customers. Smart acquisitions. Steady growth (not crazy, pressure filled short term goals).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance. Empathy for employees. Appropriate (not excessive) focus on hitting goals and milestones. Persistent effort (not always achieved) on putting customer needs first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are valued as individuals, treated with respect and given autonomy. We hold each other to high standards and work hard to meet and exceed those standards.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Created a culture where individuals are valued and respected. Expect high performance and provide autonomy. Recent acquisitions have been wise (although may need to provide more resources for integration). The overall company mission (Financial Inclusion and Transparency) is admirable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k plan is very good (but used to be excellent). I appreciate the Supplemental Savings Plan. I am grateful for the Health Plan but it does not seem like anything special. Lots of PTO (in fact more than I ever use).
