They have made 7 repairs and our tech informed them it was not fixable. Sears insisted to repair 1 more time and parts have been on back order 3/24.

They don't give you raises annually and the benefits are not good. Also the associste discount got taken away.

Honesty!!!! They dont lie about your pay.
