Retail is hard work and people are extremely disrespectful to those who work in retail. A higher compensation would make things a little bit more worthwhile

We have absolutely no employee discount even tho we get paid minimum wage. We have 'comissions' which is $2 per card application filled but how does that help when you get about 30 applications a month?
