The environment is great! This company sure knows how to treat their employees hence why people have been here for 10+ years. The products they offer are trustworthy and they are just all around a great company to work for.

Eddie Lampert either needs to learn retail, or move on. Since he bought Sears, it's been like he is on a personal mission to put the company out of business. It's embarrassing to work here with him as the leader.
