The work was boring but my coworkers were great. The higher up portion of Sears Holdings is what's holding it down.

REALISTIC goals. Getting in touch with current events and moving forward instead of sticking to their old ways.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Considering it's the clothing department and sears is only known for its hardware, it was absolutely slow and boring.
