Very positive on a personal level - I have been challenged and developed and love the people I work with. Surprised and concerned by the level of politics within the business overall, which suggests to me that senior management are not aligned or committed to each other or the same goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very exciting - blue sky thinking encouraged by Paul Drayson's vision, the feeling that we are creating something that impacts real people's lives, but also might be hugely commercially successful
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary - I feel the company showed their confidence in me when I joined by offering a good salary that I was happy with and didn't have to haggle over. Share options are great as the company has floated so they actually have real future value. Boxes of stuff are silly and not environmentally sound.
