Very good to see the company grow in the right direction but sometimes a bit hectic. I think there is a lack of guidance / support in career progression and assessing current employees

Having a 'good' busy day, with not a lot of interruptions, so I can get on with work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No prospects of career progression, regular salary reviews, investing on people that are in the company to grow internally
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Defining more clear directions for the company and communicating that to the team. Stop trying to do everything at the same time and focus on a few good quality products
