Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. Our two divisions – Life Sciences and Healthcare - work jointly towards connecting patients, clinicians and researchers to help healthcare professionals deliver better patient care, while curating vital data to support the next generation of medical research.
In healthcare, Sensyne delivers remote patient monitoring and real time decision making systems for healthcare organisations and their patients. my initial thoughts of joining Sensyne, with its unique business model was what drew me towards accepting a position @ Sensyne - I'm still passionate about this but whether I see myself as being allowed to play a part and contributing towards its growth is one I'm now beginning to doubt will happen

the fact they're now bringing in more c-suite staff with tried and tested relevant industry experinences
What are some of the best things about your team?
we all bring together differing qualities that compliment each other & in general we get along
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the fact that there is a good mix of nationalities but having said that I do not see this mix represented at senior levels
What makes you most happy at work?
being part of a company that is in the for front of cutting-edge AI technology withinn the Bio-tech Pharma industry & knowing my contributions is also adding towards the betterment of poeples lives
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel I'm undervalued as I believe my opinion on issues isn't always being considered - my years of work experience in varying industries isn't appropriately compensated for when compared to others. A correction to the level of my renumeration will make me feel better
