In healthcare, Sensyne delivers remote patient monitoring and real time decision making systems for healthcare organisations and their patients. The company has great potential and a great mission however i do not feel that it truely values its employees. Employees need to understand their individual value, which often can be achieved simply by defining a role and then entrusting them to do it. At the moment this is not happening well

Dedicated and hard working. Genuine people with a professional and friendly attitude
What makes you most happy at work?
Traveling to and meeting customers to deliver projects and work collaboratively. This has become rare in COVID times for understandable reasons but is an important part of creating success. Remote working is OK but there is a gap
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Clearer organisational and operational structure which allows people to take full ownership of their roles. At times it feels like there is a bit of a club culture where individuals seem to select a team, often made up of people they like who should instead be doing different roles.
