Not great, not terrible. Lack of clear requirements from product often cause a lot more tension and pressure than needed. Artificial deadlines for the sake of deadlines are also not the best practice.

That they take matters seriously.

Generally people seem to be professional and that's what matters most.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A little less freaking out when working at a fast pace wouldn't hurt.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to to a lot of things in a short of a timespan. There are critical decisions to be made pretty much every day.
