Overall neutral bordering on positive. Criticism: The management style is far too hierarchical for a tech company, given that tech companies rely heavily on the skills of their most junior staff. Management needs to work with technical staff instead of imposing decisions from above.

I like the way all team members are encouraged to take ownership of upcoming.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really like my colleagues, they are competent and friendly. I have really struggled with one colleague particular but fortunately I no longer have to work closely with this person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We encourage each other to experiment with different solutions to problems despite resistance from leadership. This invariably results in better solutions and a more positive culture so I wish leadership were more adoptive of this approach.
