Positive and understanding. Not to harsh but harsh enough to get the job done and do it well

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

My experience started with great hopes and ideas of what this job would entail. This was short lived as the location had a major change in management which greatly affected all. At this time the focus turned primarily to money. This brought low morale, longer hours, and no feeling of appreciation.
