This has changed my life. Ive worked for over 12 years since I was 15. I have never felt more proud of where I work. I feel secure, I feel heard, I feel important, and I feel valued.

Everyone is always open and positive and encouraging!

Hearing the good we can do for our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always there to back me up. Even when I dont know something or miss something - Everyone is looking out for each other and we achieve our results together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Archie seems very grounded in his goals and how he engages with SPS. My friends and family like to consider SPS that "software cult" because all of us SPSers are so crazy about where we work!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think for the level of success we achieve - we are underpaid a bit in comparison to other jobs of similar caliber. I think this was offset by the amazing office and office culture - and while the office is open - the culture/benefits of it still arent there yet.
