My team works together well, is very knowledgeable and is always available.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that my job deserves compensation that is comparable with the market. Competition might give me +25k, plus stock, plus sign on bonus or yearly bonuses. That being said I prefer to work here and hope that there is a correction.
