Overall I couldn't be happier to have spent the last 2.5 years here. SPS keeps me challenged and interested in my work. I love seeing the company's success reported out at company meetings to keep informed about what other departments are working on. I'm excited to see what the future holds here!

We need clearer expectations about roles and responsibilities, and more clearly defined processes to successfully interact together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What's most positive to me is seeing our leaders (like Archie) make investments to increase our inclusivity and awareness of racial bias at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cope of my role is huge compared to that of my peers, but my compensation is on par with peers. These feel at odds, and contribute to feeling undervalued.
