We can count on our team to do the best work for our customers. I have trust in my teammates-the most important thing. They are a sounding board and a shoulder to lean on.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team is supportive of each other, collaborative and trustworthy. We trust each other to do our jobs and to get done what needs to be done. We help each other out when and where needed. No one looks down on you for asking questions or asking for help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In 2022/23- what has been tough is inflation. It's important to understand that our money doesn't go as far. I am seeing expenses increase everywhere. On top of that our work is ever increasing. So making sure we are paid what other project managers are in similar industries is important.
