Being financially recognized for contributions (outside of my normal paycheck).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The empathy and kindness. (At least in the Customer Success side!)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, relatable C-suite of leaders. They're great at listening and collaborating from an open-door policy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team takes our work seriously, but we - as a collective - do not take OURSELVES seriously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like to have cell phone plan covered when my phone is used for work (Slack, Outlook, etc.)
