I love working here - I have a great team, I feel successful and I feel valued in terms of job security, I just wish we could get paid a little bit more compared to the market

I love being a part of a company that is always growing and always succeeding. SPS is the best EDI company out there and I love being a part of that. I could get paid more somewhere else but I like the culture and people and security that SPS brings me.

I think compared to the market, we are significantly underpaid

everyone knows the balance between getting things done but also having a good time

Catching up with coworkers - I enjoy coming into the office and meeting people face to face

I think the merit increases each year could better align with inflation and cost of living increases.

We are all pretty like-minded, different backgrounds and we all can come together to bond and solve problems

We are inclusive and we all get along, we come from different backgrounds so it's fun to meet new people

Merit increases are not very high - yearly salary increases do not come close to what cost of living increases are.
