Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I like working with my peers. I think our leadership is pretty out of touch. All they do is talk about our consecutive quarters of growth or our journey to 1 Billion, but they never talk about how that impacts me personally. They also do not reward/pay us fairly for our hard work.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

No trust in executive level to do what is right by their employees. It is very clear that executives are beholden to stock holders and their board. Clear they do not care about individual contributors.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Love my direct team and manager. Pretty much anyone higher than director level, I do not trust has my best interest in mind.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My colleagues are smart and capable people.

Caring, honest, dependable, considerate, down to earth.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership is competent and focused on growing the company.

Provides opportunities and room for growth within the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great personality and most add to the good culture.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working from home is nice.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working from home is allowed

What makes you most happy at work?

My direct team and coworkers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better if I was paid competitively.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My direct colleagues are fantastic. Interacting with sales is terrible.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More equitable pay. Karin Lucas does not work 200% harder than me, but is paid like the does.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

SPS is notorious for underpaying its individual contributors. It deeply impacts employee morale and our ability to function in an incredibly expensive world.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Much more recognition for a job well done. Higher pay and more generous benefits. Nothing about this company is generous. Employees do not come first.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding what the individuals in this company go through on a day to day basis. They do not value their workers, only upper management and those in leadership.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better pay, recognition and we need to be told how a journey to 1 Billion will impact the individual contributors in the organization, and not just to make shareholders rich.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe the starting wages are too low and the executive pay is too high. There is too much disparity between the lowest earners and the highest earners in this company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Executive team does not care about individual contributos. They are obsessed becoming a $1 billion company but how will that impact me? This will just allow the executive team to get even richer.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have very little buy-in to the success in the company, because I do not see how getting SPS to $1 Billion will impact me at all. I only see the rich getting richer at our company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I work with on a day to day basis. Anytime I work with leadership, the energy is drained out of the room. Leadership does not have a good read on how people in the organization are feeling.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is well known that SPS does not pay their employees competitively. This is why my team has seen significant turnover in the last 12 months. People consistently leave SPS because they know they can get paid much better elsewhere.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I dont think we are appeeciated on the customer success side. Everyone on the executive team loves the sales team. They love the technology team. But no one cares about the support team. This is shown by the little amount of pay. We do not make what we should.
