My personal goals align with our company goals. My job is the improve our customer's experience & deliver high quality solutions. All the positive is great, but I'm often frustrated by our Product Management & Development teams lack of willingness to accept & act upon feedback.

My experience has been extremely positive. I take pride in my work because SPS Commerce takes pride in it's employees. I've been encouraged to share feedback & constructive criticism to leadership around our processes and operations, and I've seen the same feed back acted upon not long after.

My company has treated me extremely well and overall is a fantastic place to work. However, the recent decision to force employees back to office makes me question leadership's decision making.

The leadership team is perceptive to feedback & not only encourages, but champions change.

Our direct team works together extremely well & heavily encourages knowledge transfer and collaboration.

I strongly that my work makes a difference for internal & external parties alike.

Our Customer Success Leadership team listens to employee feedback, takes the time to understand and acts accordingly.

I love solving problems nobody else can. I love seeing our customers and our teams succeed.

The team encourages feedback and change. Though sometimes slower than necessary, changes are often evaluated, embraced & rolled out accordingly.

The majority of our company is open to feedback & actively shows they value towards contributors & inclusion for those looking to learn more.

My direct team within our Customer Success segment is phenomenal - the team works as a team & everyone shares goals to continuously learn & improve.

SPS Commerce invests in people, community, and each employee's personal growth. Our management team has demonstrated time and time again they're here to support and help; which entirely differs from my pre-SPS workplace experiences.
