SPS is a good, stable company but SPS needs to do a better job of valuing their employees. It seems like when great people leave, no one really cares. Overall it is a good place to work but we are all underpaid and we know it. I see mass turnover coming soon on the sales team if it is not fixed.

Integrity, Honesty, Intelligence, Leadership, Forward Thinking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
SPS gives back and I think that is important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is really great right now. Good people.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know the business well and we solve hard business challenges for my customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market rates for Enterprise Sales People are 150K base and 300K OTE for every single position out there. We are not even close to that. With the CEO one of the Highest Paid CEO's in Tech and our stock outperforming, they can afford to bring us to market rates. I have not had a raise in 6 years.
