Continuous learning, and the ability to be able to put family first.

We are able to execute well on complex tasks, across a huge portfolio while having a good time.

Getting great work done in a timely manner. I also came from a culture that prized confrontation, and yelling, this is so nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they drive us towards growth and success in a manner which allows me to do my job without worry about the company's performance. Additionally the focus on social issues is fantastic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on social issues is great. We've had several round tables on things such as sexuality, and race that have been fantastic. Additionally, the emphasis on learning, friendliness of the employees, space to grow and fail fast, as well as the guilds are all wonderful.
