Honestly, I have been working for over 30 years and at many global companies. SPS is growing so fast and has provided employees so much opportunity (depending on your dept). SPS is the BEST! I love this company and wish I had started with them much earlier in my career. They look after staff.

Having the right equipment and staff to get things done and having a supporting manager that backs you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the company will rather reward a new recruit the market value of the role but do little to give loyal hardworking employees fair MV adjustments. They give performance rewards, but should look to do Market adjustments too. This would help retain great, loyal talent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the now but more importantly always looking to the future and setting us SPS for success. Also loved the flexibility and support they gave employees during the pandemic. Enabling us to work from home and acknowledging that offering remote working to employees is key to retaining
