We share pressure and try to work together for a common goal
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very few benefits provided apart from wage (initial wage is way below market). Shares not offered, novated lease instruments not offered.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Ensure fit for purpose when recruiting. APAC priority seems to be recruiting for below market wage compared to best talent. Sometimes we get lucky with this approach, often we don't.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Workload feels like a 'straw on the camel back' just waiting for the last one before it collapses. We are trying too early to reduce cost but increase growth in apac. Our systems and process aren't efficient enough to deliver customer outcomes quicker with less resources
