My overall experience is positive and would recommend this company to friends due to the great culture here. With that said, the salary for my position and other positions is low which is why a lot of people leave SPS for other opportunities.

My experience has been good thus far. The only thing that would make it better is the company realizing they need to pay employees more in order to retain them or people will keep leaving at a fast pace for other opportunities

All relatively my age and are very outgoing and easy to talk to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company needs to pay its employees more. They offer good perks, however, employees are underpaid compared to other companies.

The company tries very hard to show it cares about its employees . The culture is exciting and everyone is open to helping and easy to talk too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary for my position is extremely low compared to other companies and is very hard to live off of if you live in Minneapolis. Without commission, you would barely make anything which makes it extremely stressful when you are having a bad year. They need to raise the salary for sales people.
