SPS is the first company I have ever worked for that makes me actually feel like they care about me. From the management to my coworkers, everyone here seems to want to help each other. I can't say enough good things about this company.

SPS has allowed my family and I opportunities that we never thought were possible. I love the work environment and would recommend to anyone.

Family always comes first which is a huge factor in what brought me here.

I love that each of them seems like they care about everyone as an individual and not just as an employee.

A sense of accomplishment. I feel that what I am doing is leading towards a common goal and I love that. I don't feel like I am just doing busy work.

They seem to care about all of their employees. From top to bottom, I can sense a feeling of need in this company. It is different from anywhere I have ever worked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have team goals so we can all work together to strive for a bonus. Not only that, I love that we are offered ESPP. I also have never had this before at any previous jobs.
