I have been disappointed with the leadership of the company, they seem to be caught in their own world and only interested in what they believe should be done or how things should be done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall most are good people that want to do their best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to accomplish task and goals. Not something that you can always obtain here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it is regular, there is really not good about it. It is changed on the spot without discussion or explanation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need show direction, they need to show how they are going to reach the company goals not just words. They need to far more professional. This is a very inexperienced leadership team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot. People need to be graded on how they perform not on how long they have been at SPS or who they are related to or buddies with. Compensation agreements need to be honored, people need to be valued.
