Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Generally, good. There have been a few beaurocratic snafus here and there, and the team I came from was mismanaged, but the team I'm on now is great.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

What makes you most happy at work?

Word Word Word Word Word

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits are fine, but I want better maternity leave benefits

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I just don't like interacting in general, not their fault.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to do the heads down work and create RESULTS.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I believe that almost everyone on my team is smart and works hard.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They at least seem to care about their employees, as is reflected in our benefits.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They're fine and I'm fine, just different personalities. We work fine I just don't want to be friends.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There's a general sense that people are interested in what they're doing and what the company is doing as a whole.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like that even when working from home there are still many events that foster community within the workplace, virtually or otherwise.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I liked when I got a random raise. That actually really helped me in my personal life. I guess I liked that someone decided to do that.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The amount of PTO that I have, and the fact that you don't need to be at SPS very long (compared to other places) to accumulate more PTO

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There needs to be a major reassessment of how maternity leave is handled. Women at SPS have been put in horrible positions in their personal lives while they're trying to have quality time with their child trying to get paid/ figure out disabilty. One woman couldn't pay her mortgage- unacceptable!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like that we have a lot of freedom- we have clear goals and managers don't get caught up in the details, just results! It helps me to feel like I can work in ways that work best for me, not conforming to someone else's ideas of how to be successful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing's wrong, this is a good job and I'm lucky to have it. It's just not my passion, so I don't get "excited" but I don't see that as a bad thing. I do see myself in a position at SPS that I'm more excited and passionate about, and that keeps me going.
