What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Acceptance, inclusivity, willingness to assist and train

What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with my team and colleagues; ideation and strategy meetings

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Clear and descriptive on their operating plan and strategic initiatives; forward-thinking

What are some of the best things about your team?

Diverse, intelligent, open, ideation, willing to flex and trailblaze oftentimes piloting new things on the fly

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A stronger benefits package is needed, as well as providing a fair comp based on the market; we've had a stronf focus on talent acquistion this year, often external, and we've paid a premium for talent. We should revisit the current tenured employees to make the necessary adjustments for retention
