Best company I've ever worked in! (a lot of people in my surroundings haven't heard of similar great companies at all)

SPS is THE BEST! Teammates are amazing people and throughout the company I have not met any other types of people. We are working for the people with the people here and employee- and customer-oriented approach proves to have valuable priorities set first which drives the company towards success!

Solving complex things and collaborating with teammates!

I like most their mindset!

It's stable! Very often unexpected benefits come up which is also cool!

Beside team's expertise, people here are very positive and love good jokes!

Interacting with my colleagues! I love discovering, discussing and resolving thing with my team.

Humanity; entire engagement in all aspects of life (not only work-related); 'Employee come first' principle which is absolutely true!

It is always adapted for the situation in the world and you feel the company cares about you, - and this is the most valuable!

You feel that you are not the only one interested in some situation, everyone is engaged on performing his/her best and it's an AWESOME feeling!

Each person on the team is so cool! You never know at the beginning what you can discover in the nearest team member, and often you can discover A LOT of great things!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The rules and politics ( and management team) in the company teach how to be more emotionally intelligent person, how to interact with colleagues to achieve common goals and not get into useless argues. This leads to teaching yourself to not only become a better person at work but in personal life.
