During the interview process, I was over promised advancement opportunities. Currently I don't believe SPS Commerce is scaling on the back end to take on the additional companies acquired. And I don't believe our department has a supportive manager. Better pay, better management, and more time off

The opportunities to grow within SPS, straight forward communication, and the "togetherness" atmosphere

I believe you rates (hourly/salary) are below market in the twin cities area

Flex work schedule, not having to be in the office and having the work from home option is HUGE!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
SPS Commerce is not scaling as a business as they continue to grow i.e. staff shortage, multiple systems, and technology
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Like positions in the metropolitan area pay $10-$15K more than SPS Commerce. IF SPS were to be completive with pay, I would feel better about our compensation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe SPS Commerce hourly compensation is below market value in the Metropolitan area. The best benefit offered is work from home (come in once a month) and I've been told this may go away by year end 2022. Parking adds an additional cost and our work/life balance will be at risk.
