Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have access to similar jobs that pay 50% more with fully remote work. SPS needs to quickly re-evaluate compensation in a major way in this hyper-competitive job market in order to retain key talent all the way from entry-level on up.

The team is committed to each other's success. We want to see everyone succeed and are willing to go out of our way to help one another. The people around us is often said to be the best thing about working at SPS.
