It has been a fantastic experience and I am proud to be a member of Team SPS. The attention to detail and employee experience while navigating a global pandemic made me feel that I was cared about and valued as an employee.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have enjoyed my experience working for SPS so far. The constant growth inspires me to work harder and gives me confidence that the work I do is making a difference. I appreciate SPS for giving me the space to feel empowered to ask questions and opportunity to develop in my career.

Everyone supports one another and shares insight and perspective to ensure we all achieve results. My team makes it fun to work!

Seeing my customers and team succeed. I am the most happy when I am able to assist with acheiving goals and overcoming business problems both external and internal

Ability to express and share ideas on how we can continuously evolve as a company. I dont feel limited by company culture and feel efforts have been taken to professionally incorporate diversity and self expression in the workplace

Finding success with my customers and allowing them to achieve their goals more efficiently. I enjoy solving problems and providing resolution to customers when they think they have no option or "fix" and hearing their feedback on how valuable partnership with SPS is
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other leaders in our industry, our pay rate/structure is low to standard. Employees who participate in activities/initiatives outside of their role could be recognized/incentivized for creating impact within the organization. I also feel the Maternity leave package is not sufficient.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued in the work that I do but I know that I could get paid more elsewhere in the same role. In the competitive market SPS ranks low in compensation amongst competitors. I feel improving compensation across the company would improve turnover and overall employee satisfaction
