My overall experience has been great, I was able to receive help to get a mentor in a different role I'm interested in joining. I have never experience anything like this and I always receive a 'NO' whenever I attempted to grow within other company.

Understanding and caring. They seem to be Invested in my development as an employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overwhelming pressure to get to a better position within the company to always grow and never stay stagnate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think with the broad title given as a consultant gives me unfair pay. I think we as a company should give more define titles and allow employees to get paid market rate for the positions.
