One of the best companies to work for other than competitive pay. The main reason I see people looking to leave it for financial reasons or not being able to grow as an individual due to lack of compensation or relaying on partners income to fulfill outside of work actives.

I enjoy what I do and the side perks that have come to me in assisting other employees and being a resource company wide.

I do not feel undervalued but base salary is lower then market average, even for an industry leader and with inflation the base salary can get complicated, even when commissions are good.

Knowing the work these teams put into to make this an industry lead company. Being able to retain top talent so they are not looking else where to compete with market salary. SPS is the best at almost everything but competitive pay to match the market.
