Generous with their time and knowledge. Always makes sure that everyone in the (MMT) team is happy

There's transparency and everyone in the management team is so supportive esp my manager and our director

Some of the team members are reliable especially the tenured ones. My manager is super suportive as well.

Everyone is helpful and I can feel that we are working towards the common goal, which is to make customers happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe SPS is giving us fair compensation. However, it would be nice if, from time to time, they will give bonuses, especially to those deserving ones.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Weekly company meeting means a lot to me. It shows that they value us all by being transparent of what's going on within the company as a whole
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hopefully, the Salary increase will cover the current inflation in the Philippines. I believe we are compensated less than our counterparts in other countries. Also, hope we can be included in the stocks option, be able to buy SPS stocks

I feel like being a woman in a corporate world is a disadvantage whrn it comes to compensation. Good thing i love what im doing and very passionate about it and hoping that SPS would compensate me the same as my male counterparts
