What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are willing to share their experiences outside of work, making it easier to relate to them on a personal level.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to learn new things and share those learnings with others. Feeling as if my opinion matters when I share it with others that it will be act upon by managers/leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company doesn't have a bonus program, so there is little incentive for employees to push beyond what is expected. They also have not been adjusting salaries to accommodate inflation and other higher costs of living, such as housing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I have shown great value to this company in terms of what I provide in my role, and having a higher salary that compensates me fairly, not only to my peers but to the industry, would make me feel better.
