What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honesty, transparency and investment in employees. "Have a problem and being short-staffed? Here's an increase in staff - what else do you need to succeed?" That's the mentality I've seen and I am thoroughly impressed by it. SPS clearly wants to succeed and shows their employees this commitment.
