I am fairly new to the organization, and at first it was very overwhelming, but knowing that your leaders understand that, and show empathy, really helps make that manageable and ok to feel that way here at first while I am learning and getting my feet under me.

A lot of knowledge (Tribal) required to learn and learn fast. However, everyone empathizes with that so it makes it easier as you start your career at SPS

Transparency, and providing constant quarterly updates on progress and company health!

Learning something new about the supply chain and solving customer's problems.

Visibility and clear communications of the Values of the organizational objectives and strategy.

Ability to solve problems for customers and create new process or ways to do it.

Flexibility and the Managers here at SPS. Work Life Balance is very good and flexible.

The ability to quickly adapt or change when a process or initiative isn't going the direction originally intended.

It is reviewed and based on your performance frequently and what you are asked to do with your tasks/functions.

Lots of different opportunities to grow and develop here at SPS. Training and learning is a high priority here!

Learning new things and becoming more skilled in certain areas. Satisfying our customers and getting encouraging feedback from internal co workers.

The spirit that we are all in it together and can collaborate on new ways of thinking to execute and provide value to our customers.

The transparency, and the feeling that they have your back as an employee, even if things don't go as smooth right away. They have empathy.
