I enjoy working at SPS because of the growth and the pretty good opportunities for advancement. I also really enjoy the corporate culture at SPS. I feel like I have a large work load 80% of the time and don't feel adequately paid for the complexity and involvement that my role requires.
I enjoy the culture and the work life balance. I would like to get paid closer to the industry average of my title, and could make more somewhere else. Money is important to me.

The company cultural is good. Everyone you meet is quite pleasant, friendly, and helpful.
Everyone is quite happy to lend a hand or answer a question you may have, or talk to you about their roles and experience.
I feel like I have a very high work load and am asked a lot of. I don't feel like I am paid enough to make that reasonable. I am living paycheck to paycheck.
I've been paid about the same to do less complex jobs. There is a lot of nuance and the work load is always high. I feel like a position like mine should be compensated by at least 10% more. I would be far more content if i was getting paid 20% more.
