in the current competitive market - when we move through promotions it does not necessarily reflect what we would be compensated if we moved orgnanizations

We are all collaborative and kind to one another. we are interested in each others personal needs as well as partnership to take on interesting project work.

there is flexiblity to work at home or in the office so that I have a good work life balance. it makes me more motivated to work in the space that is best suited for my day to accomplish much.
