My experience with SPS has not been perfect but I can confidently say that it has been the best experience I've had as a professional since I entered the workforce. I don't ever see me leaving and I'm hoping to grow with this company more.

People I work with at work make me the happiest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My whole team is always willing to take initiative to take on projects and always tries to get everyone involved. They recognize everyone's hard work and always encourage everyone for more learning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If employees are paid accordingly based on the costs of living in the area they're in, specifically in Toronto. Also, equal pay for all genders. Found out that a Male employee with the same letter grade is offered more than a Female employee. This is probably something that can improve.Overall great
