I have been a part of SPS Commerce for just over a year. I love the hybrid environment and think it is going to be a significant factor for many in choosing employment opportunities in the future. I enjoy most people I run into at SPS and think the company has a great market and future.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
SPS is a great company with room for growth in your career. I enjoy many people that I work with. I think executives sometimes overestimate the satisfaction of our customers. I have received a lot more negative feedback from customers than positive, but customers do see value in what we provide.

Getting employees to buy-in to the company vision and goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Younger professionals so many are in similar stages of life and career paths.

My team is mostly younger professionals with similar goals and personality traits as myself.

clear goals, great organizational buy in, and a culture that makes us feel trusted and valued.

Very open and willing to jump in immediately to answer any questions that might come up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't feel overworked or pressure from others even in months when I may not be hitting quota.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being engaged and having things to do that feel I am contributing in a way that is actually impactful to the company and customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some turnover happens here, so I feel like most executives don't know the names of many reps. I've never been directly reached out to by any of the executives for any reason. Compensation is average if not below average.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is very static. Any salary increases are either nominal or you have to have the hard conversations of bringing up a raise to your manager. know many of the newer reps have a higher base salary than me.
