Open communication in co. meetings; investment in employees' training on the business; sales training includes soft skills, playbooks and knowledge standards; consistent messaging internally and to investors; planning for future investment in the business; execution of business strategy; technology!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The annual review process is meaningless and discouraging in that the ratings are so broad, the bar always seems to be raised and cannot get a clear answer as to how / what to do to achieve a high rating. Really doesn't matter what I do, I get paid the same. A spot bonus now and then would be nice
