I believe SPS as a whole is a great company and has presented itself to their customers in a positive and can do way. Depending on what team you are on within the organization, I believe the employee experience varies. It would be great if it could be one culture across all teams / departments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall, compensation is competitive, and all of the offerings good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that even though they are on a high level that they seem down to earth and are easy to talk to and transparent when giving news and announcements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always a positive vibe in general that our company is doing well, looking to the future and wanting to grow within the industry. Work / life balance is pretty good as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very open and willing to help when you have questions or need guidance on any situation or issue. My teammates are always great to step up and help get things done in a pinch.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like challenge, working with people, feeling like I'm creating success for myself, the company and the customer. Feeling like I'm contributing to a team and an end result that is what the customer is expecting.
