Extremely high turnover. everyone is drowning in work. The benefits are minimal and drive zero factor to stay. The company boasts culture but doesn't listen to feedback from employees. so little backward investment into resources making it impossible to be consistent with customers.
The leadership team is so focused on revenue and expanding their footprint, but they are not invested into employees. We keep hearing consecutive quarters of growth, but employees are underpaid. We are all so incredibly stressed and overworked. It feels like profit over people.
communications is lost. My managers are either too involved or not involved at all. The treatment of employees is by favoritism. There are many employees who do not show up or do minimal work, but the few who work hard are dumped on and are coached about slacking. Nothing is unified
driving a culture of wealth and growth is great, but employees do not see any of that trickle back. Concerns around large events and alternative options are shut down, even when the majority voice is speaking. Culture is forced, feels like a PR stunt. Employees are miserable and such a high churn
the theme is profit over people. There is a great opportunity for this company and they have the strategic market to grow. But we have dishonest expectations set with customer and they are stuck with us at that point. Instead of trying to buy all the competition, invest in people, unify resources
