I like SPS, but I wouldn't recommend it to a family member or family. It is high stress, and not something that is suited for everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leadership team seem to be in-tune with the employees and their needs, which feels good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaboration and team work is so great, and many comment on how helpful that is for the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Decisions are being made that negatively affects the process and work of those working with the customers day-to-day. Many people have commented on this, but are not being heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team is hard working, and willing to flex in help. They are also very funny, and can help alleviate some of the stress that comes with the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work and stress of the job, the money isn't worth it. There are people leaving, going to competitor companies and making a lot more money. The staff doesn't feel heard when expressing their thoughts on the pay scale.
