I have been with the company for many years. The people are great and so is "almost all" leadership. I love my job, but wish the workload was less so I could enjoy my own personal time and not have to use it to keep up with customers needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making our customer's jobs easier, helping them solve problems. Collaborating with my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just a great overall team. Everyone has knowledge in different areas and everyone is willing to share what they know. We all work well together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love working from home and having the option to come in when I want. I enjoy coming in when we have team meetings and group events. I am very productive at home and like that we are able to continue to work remote. The teamwork and collaboration are still present in this remote environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would be paid fairly if I would only need to work a 40 hour week. Constant meetings which are hard to say no to because they are customer requests, cause me to work extended hours and work though lunch to keep up with emails and tasks. This is not a time management issue, it is workload issue.
