Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I felt abused and underappreciated my entire time here. No regard for my personal growth whatsoever just to line the executives pockets.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Making friends through our mutual frustrations with SPS.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More compensation and more consistency across the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More money. Simple as that.

SPS attracts some serious talent that is a shame to see leave.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pay us more. Stop bragging about making money and forcing us to come in to hear about it. Very tone deaf.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Documentation is inconsistent across the board. Working with other departments is a constant stress. Almost as stressful as working directly with customers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Executives are naïve - trying to push propaganda creating excitement around consecutive quarters of growth all the while providing competitively LOW wages and not rewar

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

SPS has not kept up with the times in regards to wages. There is a lot of turnover for this reason, which puts excess strain on those who decide to stay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to their employees. No one wants to be forced to be back in the office. Everyone is underpaid and underappreciated. Stop bragging about consecutive quarters of growth and listen to your employees.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication is broken across the departments and many don't try to learn at all. There are few employees left who actually try, but they end up leaving the company for another company who will properly pay them.
