I enjoy the people I work with, but that's about it. It's extremely unmotivating to show up at a company where everyone is being underpaid. Not to mention the messaging from executives seems to be that sales is the only team that matters.

I enjoy the people I work with, but besides that the pay is extremely frustrating and unmotivating.

Extremely dissatisfied with the way management handles promotions and merit increases, the below market pay doesn't help either. Benefits at this company are questionable at best, the least they could do is pay competitive wages. Many folks I know that have left did so due to higher salary offers

My pay makes it extremely difficult to show up and be excited about work.

We need to do a better job of hiring people with the proper skills for their expected roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid a fair market competitive rate and getting reasonable annual raises that can at least match the rate of inflation.

Zero sick time available and it's not like we get a crazy amount of PTO to compensate for our lack of sick time. Compensation is horrible compared to the rest of the industry.
